Position: 

Responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

- Invoicing customer shipments

- Process credit card payments, provide receipts to customers

- Prepare bank deposits

- Record payments received/cash application

- Respond to customer inquiries about invoices

- Oversee handling of Resale Certificates

- Make collection calls for delinquent accounts

- Update the sales journal log

- Update the new order log

- Send out credit reference inquiries for new customers

- Create files for customer orders

- Filing customer folders

- Prepare Pro‐forma invoices for foreign shipments

- Answer phones, filter calls and relay information to appropriate staff

- Key support position to the accounting team with Accounts Payable data entry and administration

- Key support position for issuance of outgoing invoices to customers. Email, fax and/or mail invoices

to customers

Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook with general computer and office equipment skills.

·       Provide 2D and 3D files of assemblies of our rotary tables with customers’ parts and work holding

·       Our facility includes offices, assembly area, and CNC machine shop.

We are an importer and distributor of quality CNC machine tool accessories to include Rotary Tables and hydraulic systems. We service manufacturers in many fields to include but not limited to medical, automotive, aerospace, heavy equipment.

 

Position:

We are a Systems Integrations Division and are seeking a Fluid Power Applications Engineer who is capable of building and designing electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic assemblies on CNC Machinery. Must be able to listen to, understand and convey customer requirements both internally and to our suppliers and partners. Must have the ability to assess requirements, develop a concept of integrated systems, and assist in system implementation. This position is based out of our Aurora, Indiana office and any time not in the field will be at that office. Our facility includes office, work area and a shop with CNC machines. You will have the opportunity to design hydraulics and electrics for CNC machinery from all different parts of the world. Travel is involved when setting up new systems. You will be home most weekends. Travel mostly but not limited to North America. Must have or be able to obtain a Passport and Visa.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

The preferred candidate will possess a strong Fluid Power background and preferably an electrical background as well. This candidate must possess the ability to read part diagrams and schematics. Additional experience with CNC machines is desirable. The ideal candidate will also possess great organization and prioritization skills, a strong work ethic, problem-solving, the ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines and strong verbal and written skills. Must possess Fluid Power Certification and/or Degree in Fluid Power. Must be an expert in Hydraulic Fluid Power systems with proficiency in control systems.

Our facility includes office, work area and a shop with CNC machines. You will have the opportunity to work with CNC machinery from all different parts of the world. An average of 3-4 days per week is spent in the field. You will be home most weekends. Travel mostly but not limited to North America. Must have or be able to obtain a Passport and Visa.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

·       The preferred candidate will possess a strong CNC background with the Fanuc control that includes direct experience in setup, changing parameters and ladder editing.

·       Wiring and electrical systems experience a must.

·       Candidate must possess the ability to read part diagrams and schematics.

·       Additional experience with machine tool integration with rotary tables is desirable.

·       Candidate must possess great organization and prioritization skills, a strong work ethic, problem-solving, ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines and strong verbal and written skills.
